I used once a while back the Bloom app for Facebook to upload pictures and liked it until I read today that they resample once and then Facebook once again after that! Compare

The Bloom resampling has lots of tiny white dots all over the image, the image directly uploaded to Facebook is much softer and more enjoyable to see.
I rated two stars for the effort but improvements have to be made. At the moment it's only a temporary second choice to the Facebook multiple uploader when it doesn't work. And only for regular snapshots, not for good "artsy" pics.
